Why so long of a wait?
We're just two lil fellas, making 100+ orders by hand at any given moment. The only way to keep collars available for you is this processing time. Special things are worth waiting for!

shipping & processing times
PRE-ORDER WINDOW
Each design is up for pre-order for a limited time, usually between 1 to 4 weeks! ⏳✨ If a design is getting lots of love 💕 and flying off the virtual shelves, we might keep it up the full 4 weeks.
But if things are a little quiet 👀, we might wrap it up after just 1 week!
We keep things flexible so we can plan production smoothly and focus on the designs you’re most excited about! 🎨🧷 Once the pre-order window closes, pre-orders are locked in and we head straight into production mode! 🛠️💫
You’ll be kept in the loop every step of the way! 💖 We’ll send you an email at each stage of production so you always know exactly where your order’s at. 🛠️📦
If things run a little longer than expected, don’t worry, you’ll get a reminder and a chance to update your shipping address before we reach the final step! 💌

sorting
Right now we're in the hardware sorting phase! 🔧✨ We're double-checking all the bits and pieces (buckles, spikes, strapping, and other materials) to make sure we've got everything we need. Sometimes we goof and miscount (oops! 😅) so this is our chance to catch any missing items and get them on the way! 🌈 If your design has multiple colors, we may start powder coating some parts while we wait for the last pieces to arrive ✨multitasking magic!✨

powder coating
Powder Coating Time! 🎨✨ This is the longest and most labor-intensive part of the whole process, but also the most ✨magical✨ Each piece is carefully prepped, coated, and cured with lots of love (and heat! 🔥) to make sure its not just pretty, but also super durable. This is where your piece truly start to shine and transform from raw parts into something special 🪄💕

detail work
This is where we add all the fun extras (rhinestones, charms, chains, bows, etc) ✨🎀. Not every design includes this detail work, so if yours doesn't, this box might be checked off along with Powder Coating, so we can keep our ducks in a row 🦆

straps
It's time to make the straps! ✨✂️ Punching Biothane, pouring Silicone or PU. This step is all about getting those signature shapes just right. Each strap is carefully measured, cut, shaped, and punched or poured all by hand with lots of love and attention to detail We're getting closer and closer to the final product eeek!! 🥹💓

💖🔩This is the step where everything finally comes together! Literally! 🤖 All the pretty pieces we've been prepping hardware, powder-coated parts, straps, and charms get carefully assembled by hand with love and precision This is the moment it really starts to look like something special, and WEARABLE!

partial fulfillment
This step is only for orders with more than one handmade piece (multiple collars, paddles, etc- NOT apparel). If you only ordered one hand-made piece, you will not receive this notification because it doesn't apply to you.
Some items are already made and ready, while others are still in progress. You might see your progress bar reach the end and then hop back to the start as we begin work on the next piece, this is totally normal. Your order progress will only move to “Packing” and “Shipped” once all of your handmade pieces are complete and ready to head out together.
Don’t be surprised if the second time through the progress tree your notifications skip steps; We often work on multiple items at once (for example cutting ALL the straps for ALL the Scary Dog Privileges of ALL different colors) so the remaining items in your order may go faster and skip notifications. This means all the "skipped" milestones are done!

We check for any flaws, wiggles, or wonky bits and make sure everything is clean, secure, and comfy to wear ☑️ If somethings not just right, we fix it on the spot. No cutie left behind! 🚫💔

Its almost go-time!! 🎁 Your order is being carefully packed and prepped for its journey home Labels may print before this step so we can get organized and ready to roll! Next stop: your doorstep!! 🚚💨

Your order is officially on the move! 🎉📦 We often schedule package pickups from our studio, which means your goodies are picked up and sent on their way 🏡✨ Sometimes it can take a few days for tracking to update when using the pickup option, so don't worry if things look a little quiet at first 🕵️♀️⏳ this is totally normal, and your package is still making its way to you. 💖📬 Thank you so much for your patience, it's almost there!! 🥹🎀💫
